The Hub seamlessly manages the flow of work to keep you on track with ‘ticking all of the boxes’ to deliver a compliant electric gate by producing the required risk assessments, CE declaration and customer handover pack. It also streamlines the administration for installations / maintenance by creating one handy ‘digital filing cabinet’ especially designed to accommodate all the information associated with electric gate and barrier installations.
The Hub can schedule your installations, manage your customers, diarise you and your team’s time and will provide the necessary reminders to make certain you have everything covered to comply with the Machinery Directive.
The Hub manages your customers from the enquiry stage right through to the completed installation and beyond, by automatically scheduling the recommended maintenance visits to act in accordance with best industry practice.
The Hub uses the IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) risk assessments and produces the technical file for every installation.
The Hub comprises six main functions:
Sales – Add, create and update the customer database with new information, quotations, contact information etc. All customer correspondence is held here including risk assessments and specifications for the gates you are installing / commissioning
Plans – All of the maintenance / service visits are stored here to schedule the work flow for your team
Actions – This is where specific action plans to correct any problems or snagging associated with a new installation / maintenance visit are logged, together with a record of any concerns with the installation as reported by the customer. All actions are held on file to show a chronological list of any issues that have arisen with the gate / barrier
Map – Provides an easy snap shot overview of all the installs, repairs, services, surveys and after sales visits linked with any upcoming works.
Report – This is a handy tool which helps to monitor the performance of the company by generating reports detailing sales statistics, enquiry sources and customer profiles. The reports are fully editable allowing you to select a desired period of time or the whole calendar year.
